RETURN POLICY?
- You can only return unworn, unwashed (trying on an item doesn’t count as being worn) apparel and any unopened media - Returns must be submitted within 7 days from when you receive your order. - Please email us at mattmahermusic@mac.com to let us know about your return. Include what you are returning, the reason for return and your order number. - Please mail back the item being returned to the address below. You are responsible for paying for the shipping. - Include a note in the package letting us know your information and the order #. Once we receive your package and can confirm that the item is returnable we will then refund you for the amount of the item (including tax) or exchange the item for another comparable item. -Refunds do not include the shipping & handling.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Dry Bones is unable to exchange items already sold. But we do allow you to return any unworn and unwashed apparel or any unopened media. The best way to exchange an item is to ask for a return then reorder your new item online. To return just follow the return steps above.
What do I do if the items I receive don't match the items ordered?
Please email mattmahermusic@mac.com and let us know about the problem. Please include your name and order #. We will fix the problem as soon as possible and cover any additional shipping costs.
Are you going to use my personal information for anything else?
Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only. At no time will your information be given away or sold to any outside company. We will keep your email address on file if we need to contact you about your order and it will be automatically added to mailing list. If you would not like to be on our mailing list let us know. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format, as well.
I think I provided the wrong address.
An insufficient address is one of those problems that takes a long time to reconcile. Generally, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the USPS to send back mail that had an insufficient address. Once we receive it we will contact you and make you aware of the problem. After that, depending on the time it takes you to email us back, your order will be reshipped at your expense.
How long will it take to ship out my purchase?
All deliveries depend on merchandise availability, and delivery and weather conditions. Once your order is shipped, it should take 3-10 business days depending on where you are located. Please allow time for shipping days when thinking about ordering for yourself or for a gift. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
